Our Services
We offer in-person and telehealth appointments on weekends and evenings. Daytime appointments may be offered on school breaks and during summers. We provide counseling and mental health therapy through a variety of evidenced-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Choice Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. We also use methods garnered from child-centered play theories with children under 12 years old.
